About Candice

Candice Starrett, a Rindge resident since 1970, has been selling real estate in the Monadnock Region since 1984.  She is the Broker/Owner of Candice Starrett Real Estate, LLC.  Candice is a licensed broker in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts.  Candice is a Notary Public and a Justice of the Peace for the State of New Hampshire. Throughout her career, Candice has been a very active both as a Listing Agent and also a Buyer’s Agent. Monadnock Region country properties and Waterfront Real Estate are her specialties of expertise. Candice is a member of the Contoocook Valley Board of Realtors (CVBR), National Association of Realtors (NAR) and also the New Hampshire Association of Realtors (NHAR).
Candice has and continues to serve as Member and Officer of several of the local community and professional boards. Rindge Chamber of Commerce, Rindge Economic Development Task Force, Rindge Woman’s Club and the Rindge Historical Society to name a few. She has served on and chaired several committees of the Contoocook Valley Board of Realtors, including the Professional Standards and Grievance Committee.
In 2007 she was chosen Business Leader of the Year by the Rindge Chamber of Commerce, citing her leadership and involvement in the community. Candice’s extensive knowledge of Rindge and surrounding towns, her personal involvement in the tight knit community, professional and personal experience along with the high standards and professionalism she sets for herself and her staff has developed Candice’s well deserved reputation. She prides herself on her aggressive commitment to her clients’ needs with dedicated personal attention and integrity.
Candice’s personal recreation activities reflect the amenities in the region.  She is active in cross-country skiing, golfing, hiking, biking as well as boating and fishing on Lake Monomonoc.
